About Little Bit of Luck Animal Rescue

Little Bit of Luck Animal Rescue was founded on January 20, 2024, by Jocelyn Fall and her family. While the rescue itself is new, Jocelyn’s journey in animal welfare began more than a decade earlier. After the loss of her beloved pup, Luckey, in 2012, Jocelyn felt called to honor his legacy by rescuing animals in need and supporting other rescue organizations wherever help was needed.

Today, Jocelyn is the heart and soul of Little Bit of Luck Rescue, working hands-on alongside her children and a small, dedicated group of volunteers and foster homes. At LBL Rescue, we firmly believe in quality over quantity—ensuring every animal in our care receives individualized attention, proper medical care, and the time they need to thrive.

Our mission goes beyond rescue alone. We are deeply committed to education and support for adopters, working closely with each home to ensure the right match and a truly lifelong placement. Every adoption is approached with care, honesty, and the best interest of the animal at its core.

In addition to caring for the majority of animals in our rescue, Jocelyn also hand-makes a variety of items sold to help cover veterinary bills and the ongoing needs of the animals in care. Every purchase, donation, foster placement, and adoption directly supports the lives we save.

Little Bit of Luck Animal Rescue exists because sometimes, all an animal needs is a little bit of luck—and someone willing to step up and believe in them.

About Me.

My name is Jocelyn, and I have been rescuing animals and supporting other rescues for over 15 years. In January of 2024, I finally took the leap and started my own rescue—something that has been a dream and a goal of mine since 2012.

On June 20, 2012, after losing my very first pup due to tragic circumstances, I made a promise to myself: one day I would start a rescue of my own. That promise was rooted in a deep desire to fight animal abuse and neglect, to promote animal welfare, and to be a voice for animals who cannot speak for themselves. One day, I hope to help create real change by advocating for stronger animal welfare laws, so those who harm or abandon animals are finally held accountable.

For now, we are still a smaller rescue, and our primary focus is on the animals we are actively helping. The animals in our care are looked after primarily by me, with my little minions always right by my side. We have been incredibly fortunate to have had a few amazing fosters already, and we hope to continue growing our foster network so we can help even more animals of all shapes and sizes.

We are also beginning to build strong relationships with other wonderful rescues and organizations that share our mission. You’ll often see us sharing their posts, fundraisers, and animals in need—just as they do for us—because we truly believe that working together allows us to reach farther and help more lives.

Our goal is not to be the biggest rescue, but to be a quality rescue—one where every animal that comes through our doors feels loved, safe, and valued, and receives the individual care and attention they deserve.

Our Products

Every product you see here helps save lives.

The items in our shop are more than just cute, useful, or fun — they directly support the animals in our care. Proceeds from all product sales go right back into the rescue to help cover vet bills, food, medical supplies, spay/neuter costs, and the day-to-day care of animals who need us most.

By purchasing from our shop, you’re playing an active role in giving animals a second chance. Whether it’s helping a shy feral cat get the medical care they need, supporting kittens on their road to adoption, or assisting with emergency intakes, your support makes a real and immediate impact.

Thank you for choosing to support rescue work in such a meaningful way. Every purchase helps us continue doing what we do best — helping animals find safety, care, and hope.
